Attend our Concours Judging School on Saturday June 11th hosted by Peter Lesler, MBCA National Concours Chair, and you will:

Earn certification as a MBCA concours judge

Get valuable tips on how to prepare your vehicle for concours judging

Find out what the concours judges are looking for

Learn the judging criteria on the score sheet

Get hands-on judging experience

Get your judging school registration refunded if you judge at Gemutlichkeit 2015 in August

Sound like fun? Then pre-register and arrive at the Fairfield Inn(9783 State Rt. 14, Streetsboro, OH 44241) at 9:00 a.m. for coffee, refreshments, and get-acquainted time. The classroom instruction will begin promptly at 9:30 and last until noon, followed by a deliluncheon included in your registration. At 1:00 pm we will turn our knowledge into a practical experience by judging fellow owner's cars. We will need a smattering of cars to practice judge from the decade of the1950s to current models.The registration fee for the concours school is $18 per person to cover the cost of the room and the lunch. It is important that you pre-register so we can have the space available and the refreshments ordered

Our 9th annual Old Cars Fun Day will be hosted by Frank and Mary Alice Cozza (32312 South Lane, Hanoverton, OH 44423) with a special guest presenter—MBCA National Technical Director George Murphy. George’s primary topic will be Mercedes-Benz Maintenance & Repair - A systems approach.

Now that you’ve bought an older M-B, what can you do to keep it in top condition? This popular seminar is aimed at both the new car buyer and one who has purchased a used M-B with an uncertain history. George will address the non-routine items that should be looked at from time to time. Aimed at the driveway mechanicor tech enthusiast, George will discuss degradation of rubber parts, changing fluids, & common problems that can occur as your car ages.
