National Urban Professional Baseball League Inc. (Texas registered corporation) hereafter referred to as The League is offering Individuals and Companies the opportunity for sponsorship for the 2018 Baseball Season. Each site will offer a limited number of signage/banner space on a first come, first serve basic.

ADVERTISEMENT AGREEMENT:
As a sponsor I hereby give permission for The League to use my company/product/business nameand/or image for video, audio, photos and/or website promotional activities. This permission also allows The League to use my company/product/business and/or image by any of its teams or affiliates. Further, permission is also given for any video, audio and/or image to be used or shown by other affiliates and/or television/radio outlets, if so desired by The League without further clearance.
I understand that The League owns all of the production (video, audio, photos and television promotional) rights it product and/or may have produced by outside parties. I understand that I will not be paid for and/or will not be entitled to any present or future royalty from any promotional activities produced by The League and/or its teams/affiliates.

Please note, we reserve the rights to accept or reject advertisement (family friendly ads preferred) without cause. We reserve the right to renew or not to renew advertisement on an annual basic with or with cause or advance notice. We reserve the rights to locate/place advertisement on the park grounds at our discretion.

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required along with a copy of your logo/artwork, with the unpaid balance due on/or before January 15, 2018. I understand that the league will assume the expenses for a standard custom banner/sign, (any special artwork, lettering and/or designs will require additional cost to be paid by the sponsor). No refund will be given on deposits/payments after the first 30 days. We reserve the right to or not to offer a credit toward future event(s).
