Instructions
At the end of the examination:
1.Check that your header (including your NSN, your initials and the number 90035) is on your last piece of work. Send your last piece of work to the printer. You must now sit back from the computer. You must remain seated and silent until given permission to leave.
2.Check that you have received all your printed tasks. If you have work for more than one achievement standard, arrange your printed pages into separate piles – one for each achievement standard. Arrange the printed pages in each pile in task order,
ie Task One, Task Two. Hand in the work you wish to be assessed, even if unfinished.
3.Carefully staple the appropriate Answer Cover Page to the top left-hand corner of each achievement standard pile. On each Answer Cover Page, tick the tasks you have answered. Place the Answer Cover Page and your attached work for 90035 into the plastic bag provided and fold it closed. Have this ready for the Supervisor to collect.
4.Draw a line through any spoilt work. The Supervisor will also collect this spoilt work.
5.Delete files or hand your disk to the Supervisor as appropriate.
6.You must wait until you have been given permission to leave.
