Dear Bishop Fenwick Family,

The 65th Annual Fenwick Festival is right around the corner. The Festival is one of the school’s largest fundraisers, requiring the entire Bishop Fenwick community to work together to make it happen. There are going to be many welcomed changes to the Festival this year, including the new Grand Raffle, so we need participation from everyone! We are asking students and their families to contribute to the Festival in a variety of ways:

  • Sell raffle tickets for our Grand Raffle and win a few prizes!
  • Volunteer for working Festival weekend.
  • Donate items or money to the Basket Booth.

NEW GRAND RAFFLE TICKET PROGRAM:

This year, the Festival Grand Raffle includes a Grand Prize of $10,000 CASH or FREE TUITION for one Fenwick student (including retreat fees, technology fees and an athletic pass for the 2017-18 academic year). For those who enter early, the Grand Raffle drawing will also add twoEarly Bird Drawings of $250 on April 30th & May 30th. Winners of the Early Bird Drawings will be re-entered for the final Grand Raffle drawing, to be held on Sunday, June 25th at 9:00 p.m. at the Festival. The seller of the early bird raffle tickets and the seller of the grand prize winner will also win a cash prize for selling the winning ticket! NEW STUDENT TICKET SALES PROGRAM:

Students can help make the Grand Raffle a success, so we have added fun elements to incentivize them.

RAFFLE SALES GOAL / REWARD
Entire School Goal - $10,000 by April 26th / DAY OFF- Friday, April 28th
Student With Highest Sales Per Class by April 26th (minimum sales - $75) / *$50 Gift Card (one per class)
Student With Overall Highest Sales as of May 15th (minimum sales $150) / *$150 Gift Card (one winner)

*If there are multiple students who have sold the same amount on the dates above, the value of the reward will be split equally between the top sellers. The gift card value will not go below $10, regardless of the number of winners.

Enclosed with this letter are two sheets of tickets for each family to sell. Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. Return ticket stubs (stub with the purchaser’s information) and cash/checks to the Main office in the Festival Ticket box. Remember to list yourself as the seller on the ticket stub; seller of a winning ticket receives a prize! Additional tickets are available at the Main Office during regular business hours. Checks must be made payable to Bishop Fenwick High School.

If every student sells just one sheet, the school will exceed the $10,000 goal and gain the extra day off in April! Information on volunteering and donating to the Basket Booth will be available in the upcoming weeks.Money raised from the Festival benefits the students from Bishop Fenwick High School.
