Notes-

60 days before event –Submit the following:

1.  Remaining balance of lease and

2.  Rental payments for chairs, tables, straw or tent

3.  Xerox or image of $500,000 certificate of insurance liability

4.  Damage deposit of $150

10 days before event:

  1. Complete checklist and send by email or mail
  2. Review lease for any questions regarding policies, rules or regulations.
  3. Obtain permission for any special circumstances such as sparklers or other early setup or delayed cleanup time
