3:30 p.m. - Coaches Meeting

4:00 p.m. - Girls’ Varsity 5000 Meters

4:45 p.m. - Boys’ Varsity 5000 Meters

5:15 p.m. - Awards Ceremony

Entries

Coaches submit their team participants via the “Raceberry JaM” website.

  • At click “Cross Country” then “Schedule” on the left. Scroll down until you find MSHSL Section 2AA Championships
  • Click the “Click Here” spot then enter your user name and password. Select your nine athletes (7 + 2 alternates) then click “Submit Entries”.

At the meet, you will pick up a plastic box containing your chips in plastic bags. Each bag will be labeled with your team entries. Each Varsity runner will receive two chips. At the conclusion of the meet you must return the plastic box with your chips to the scorer’s table. Your school will be billed $20 for each missing chip.

The Deadline for entries is Friday, October 23rd.

Other

  • A trainer will be provided and located near the finish line
  • Custom T-shirts/Sweatshirts will be available. Pre-orders not required. (The same company as last year and the one that does Section 2AA Track & Field)
  • Attendants will instruct buses and fans where to park.
  • Concession stand will be available, proceeds to Hutchinson Cross Country Association
  • Please help to keep the park clean by picking up team camp areas

Deadlines

  • October 23 Team Entry Information completed on “Raceberry JaM” Website
  • October 29 Team Uniform Verification Form and Team Entry Form to be turned in at the meet

Parking Directions

Buses: Buses may unload in the park at the small lot near the finish line shelter, and pick up the teams there at the end. But parking during the meet will be on the road on the north end of the park. Please turn around at the DNR boat access, then park facing east on the right side of the road. This road is to be for buses only and they can only park on the south side of the road. Map indicating the road

Spectators: There will be no parking on Hwy 15 or on the road at the north end of the park boundary. All parking will be within the park, please follow all instructions of the parking attendants.
