NB: Depending on snow conditions, the start may be relocated higher, possibly as far as the Machinery Shed, in which case the start and all other times will be delayed.The start may also be delayed due to logistical issues on the day.

ALL ENTRANTS MUST SIGN: In consideration of this application being accepted, I, the signatory below intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against race officials, volunteers and sponsors, resulting from involvement with this event. I agree to abide by the rules of the race.

  1. The race entry feeof $15.00 includes registration of the racer with Ski Cross Country Victoria Inc.
  2. Disclaimer: The Mount Buller Management Board reserves the right to cancel or relocate any Mount Stirling related ski race without any liability whatsoever.
  3. Entrants are advised to check the website possibility of race cancellation when snow conditions are unsafe.
  4. Cross Country skiing is a high-risk activity. Snow-sports competitors ski at their own risk and must bear their own liability. Please note that claims from Snow-sports competitor to Snow-sports competitor are excluded from the PUBLIC LIABILITY Insurance for the Stirling Silver Cross Country Ski Race.
