______$ 1000 – ALL-STAR DJ PACKAGE - Four working hours ($150 per hour additional). This DJ has over 10 years experience, is considered a “top quality” performer and is highly requested. _____ $1,450 –-ALL- STAR DJ AND TRADITIONAL DJ Four working hours ($200 per hour additional). Our most dynamic package boasts an All Star and a Traditional DJ Pair that will motivate your crowd, utilize props and ensure success. One DJ will be “with the crowd” to create positive energy, while the other DJ programs the hit music

___ $100 – Light Show -includes laser light, led Vertigo and led aggressor (additional lighting packages available)

___ $ 75 – “It’s Time to Party Pack” (12 maracas, 2 sombreros, 36 leis, 12 dark sunglasses and YMCA Kit)

(Additional Party Supplies can be purchased; call for information.)

___ $350 – Video Projector W/Playback, from computer or DVD (add $350 for music video PB or live camera)

I PREFER THAT MY D.J. WEAR THE FOLLOWING ATTIRE TO MY EVENT:

Events held outside HarrisCounty will incur an additional charge of $35 per each additional county outside Harris for transportation expense. All Events located upstairs in establishments with no elevator access will incur an additional charge of $35; please mention this to us ahead of time.

Sound Connections, Inc. will provide continuous music with a professional D.J., who will arrive one-half to three-quarters of an hour prior to Event Start Time for setup (please make necessary arrangements for location to be open and accessible). A microphone will be provided and special announcements can be made by you and/or your D.J. at your request.

In the event of damage inflicted upon Sound Connections’ equipment by Event guest(s), I understand that I will be responsible for repair or replacement cost(s).

I am enclosing a Non-Refundable Retainer Fee of $200 made out to Sound Connections, Inc. to secure my Event. I agree to pay the remaining balance at conclusion of Event. I have read and agreed to the terms of this Sound Connections Wedding Contract. I understand that if I cancel my Event, my Retainer Fee will not be refunded.
