5 WAYS TO WELLBEING’ TARGETED SMALL GRANTS FUND

People living with mental ill health are one of the groups most likely to experience low levels of positive wellbeing. In relation to this People at higher risk of developing mental ill health are less likely to proactively participate in the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ which acts to improve mental wellbeing. To help address this, funding is provided for a Amber Valley Health and Wellbeing Locality Partnership administered small grants fund. The fund will invite applications and make awards to voluntary and community sector organisations. Applications must demonstrate activity aimed specifically at increasing understanding and participation in the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ by people who are at higher risk of developing mental ill health. The criteria below are deliberately broad so as to be open to a variety of different approaches to encourage local ideas and innovation. A report for each grant made should be completed on a 6 monthly basis, including as a minimum - amounts, details of activity, how one or more of the ‘5 Ways’ is being met for each grant and overall outcomes.

Criteria:

1)Applicants must be voluntary and community sector organisations.
