DAY ONE: Friday, March 17, 2017

5:45 a.m. – 6:30 a.m. Load the luggage and instruments onto the buses (2)

6:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Travel to Willow Creek Rest Stop (277 miles/4 hours & 15-minute drive)

- Stay seated at all times when the bus is moving.

- The first 2 seats on Bus #1 must be reserved for the Tour Director

10:45 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. 15-minute rest-stop at the Willow Creek Rest Stop

11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Travel to Champaign, IL (146 miles/2-hour drive)

Get off the exit - heads towards Old Chicago Restaurant on our right - turn right towards Macys - turn left and an immediate right into the Food Court

1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Lunch in the Market Place Shopping Mall Food Court (student expense)

2:00 p.m. Depart for Cocoa Beach, FL (1,116 miles or 16 straight hours of driving)

- Will also gain one (1) hour for E.S.T.

1 hour stop Dinner stop (student expense)

2 hour stops Rest stops, driver changes and fuel stop

DAY TWO: Saturday, March 18, 2017

1 hour Breakfast stop (student expense)

11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Free time on Cocoa Beach:

-  Visit Ron Jon’s Surf Shop

-  Lunch on own (student expense)

-  Swim in the Atlantic Ocean (may be cold to get into the water)

DAY TWO: Saturday, March 18, 2017 (continued)

4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Beach barbecue at Shepard Park (South Side) behind Cocoa Beach

5:00 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. Travel to the hotel (68 miles/75-minute drive)

6:15 p.m. Check into the Hampton Inn & Suites - Orlando North/Altamonte Springs Hotel

* The deepest part of the hotel pool is 5 feet deep.

* The hotel does not have a lifeguard on duty.

* Anyone that swims in the pool is swimming at their own risk

DAY THREE: Sunday, March 19, 2017

Till 10:00 a.m. Eat breakfast buffet served in the hotel lobby

10:15 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Check out of the hotel and load the buses

10:45 a.m. – 12 Noon Travel to Cape Canaveral, FL (65 miles/75-minute drive)

12 Noon Arrive at CARNIVAL CRUISE Terminal for the LIBERTY and Board the ship

* IMPORTANT * “Sail & Sign” Credit Card Payments should be made at check-in. Cash Payments must be done at the Purser’s Desk, preferably prior to the orientation. You will be unable to make purchases onboard until you activate your “Sail & Sign” card.

12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. LUNCH BUFFET - served from on Lido Deck.

4:00 p.m. The LIBERTY, a “Fun Ship” Superliner, Sets Sail for the BAHAMAS!

Passenger LIFEBOAT DRILL (Mandatory) - Listen for the announcement to attend your lifeboat drill. It's a sea-going tradition that you'll find fun and informative.

TBD WELCOME ONBOARD ORIENTATION Meeting & Social in the “TBD” (Mandatory) - Meet THE GROUP representative and ship’s security officers to learn about the ship and your cruise to the Bahamas. Information on customs rules and regulations, onboard activities and more! Refreshments will be served.

8:15 PM Dinner in your respective dining room (no shorts or swimming attire).

DAY FOUR: Monday, March 20, 2017

7:00 a.m. - 10:30 am. BREAKFAST - Open sitting or a buffet breakfast on Lido Deck

8:00 a.m. Arrive FREEPORT! - Spend the day enjoying the beautiful setting of this tropical island paradise. Snorkel, Para-sail, Jet Ski or enjoy some of the miles of white sandy beach. For the serious shopper, Freeport dazzles with dozens of duty-free shops at the International Bazaar and Lucaya Marketplace.

12 Noon LUNCH - Served until 2:00pm or a buffet lunch served on Lido Deck from 12:00-2:30p

5:00 p.m. The LIBERTY departs for NASSAU!

8:15 p.m. CRUISE ELEGANT EVENING – dinner in your respective dining room.

DAY FIVE: Tuesday, March 21, 2017

7:00 a.m. - 10:30 am. BREAKFAST - Open sitting or a buffet breakfast on Lido Deck

8:00 a.m. Arrive NASSAU! - Once local authorities clear the ship, you may proceed ashore.

Downtown shopping is only a five-minute walk from the ship.

12 Noon LUNCH - Served until 2:00pm or a buffet lunch served on Lido Deck from 12:00-2:30p

5:00 p.m. Depart NASSAU for a “Fun Day at Sea” - Enjoy some of the many activities onboard

8:15 p.m. CRUISE ELEGANT EVENING – dinner in your respective dining room.

DAY SIX: Wednesday, March 22, 2017

7:00 a.m. - 10:30 am. BREAKFAST - Open sitting or a buffet breakfast on Lido Deck

Onboard “Fun Day at Sea” – Enjoy some of the many activities onboard today.

2 hours (late aft) 1-hour group rehearsal followed by a 1-hour group performance

12 Noon LUNCH - Served until 2:00pm or a buffet lunch served on Lido Deck from 12:00-2:30p

8:15 p.m. CRUISE ELEGANT EVENING – dinner in your respective dining room.

DAY SEVEN: Thursday, March 23, 2017

BREAKFAST - Open sitting or a buffet breakfast on Lido Deck from 7:00 -9:30 am.

7:00 a.m. Arrive PORT CANAVERAL - Expect to wait 1 to 2 hours for the disembarkation process. Passengers will not be permitted to leave the ship until it has been cleared by U.S. Customs.

10:00 a.m. DISEMBARK SHIP, Leave for Home

Very Important! All aspects of this itinerary are subject to change. Make sure to review the “Carnival Capers” found in your cabin each morning to reconfirm times and locations for all meal functions. Arrival times at the Ports of Call may vary slightly.

10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Load luggage and instruments back onto the buses

10:30 a.m. Depart for return to Eau Claire, WI (1,527 miles/24 hours of straight driving)

- Stay seated at all times when the bus is moving

- Gain 1 hour for CST

1 hour Lunch and dinner stops (student expense)

DAY EIGHT: Friday, March 24, 2017

2 hours Rest stops, driver changes and fuel stop

1 hour Breakfast and lunch stops (student expense)

3:30 p.m. Estimated arrival time back at Eau Claire Memorial High School and unload the

luggage. This can vary by hours due to the timeliness of the group, traffic and weather.
