From the Pastor’s Desk

What a wonderful month April has been at Mount Zion.

We started the month with Palm Sunday with Communion, Maundy Thursday Service, Easter Egg Hunt for the children, Sun-Rise Service followed by a delicious breakfast, Resurrection Sunday Service then a wonderful Revival. Three nights of testimony, preaching and singing.

Praise God!

I can’t remember such a fantastic April.

We are praying for the twins, Addison and Emma Wilkerson and their parents as they are still very sick in Duke Hospital.

We have seen God’s Healing Touch and we are so excited to have Johnny Parker, Ed Powell and Catherine Barber back with us after their hospital stays.

As a church family we mourn the passing of David Moore.

We had three new members to join our fellowship, Brandon and Jennifer Wilkerson and Jimmie Ferrell.

Continue to pray for our sick and shut-ins and our hope is the month of May, will be full of miracles and healings as we pray and serve our Risen Savior.
