1:30 – 4:00 “Dionysian “Sharing”of Wines and Foods ( 2 ½ hours) “Crystal Room”

“Use Slow-Pourers” Try ½ ounce of every wine Oinos kai aletheia

Keep it simple; the hotel cannot provide anything.

6:00-9:30 PM “Mystery Meal”in the“Candlelight Ball Room.” 2nd Floor.

Sparkling wine in the Hall of Mirrors; draw your table number there.

Saturday: 7:00-9:00 AMMake your own breakfast in your Suite.

9:15- 4th& 5th Sessions combined in the “Crystal Ballroom”
