Coalition for Life St. Louis is the host of the 40 Days For Life Campaign here in St. Louis. Their mission is to end abortion in St. Louis peacefully and prayerfully through sidewalk counseling and the 40 Days For Life campaign. Individuals, churches, or groups are asked to sign up at: www.CoalitionforLifeSTL.com

Adopt-A-Day This program is for Churches or Organizations that feel God is calling them to a day of prayer at our vigil location at Planned Parenthood. Each Church or Organization commits to ‘staffing’ a specific date with at least two prayer volunteers per hour from 7am to 7pm.

Does It Work? In a word: YES!!

Because of the prayer presence in front of the abortion facility, God has moved in powerful and tangible ways:
- More than 1,950 turnarounds since 2011

- Over 140 churches and organizations united

- More than 5,000 people of different faiths and backgrounds joined in prayer

40 Days For Life is a nationwide grassroots event encouraging local communities to draw attention to the realities of abortion, during a 40 day period, through the use of a three-point program:

• Prayer and Fasting

• Peaceful and Prayerful Vigil

• Community Outreach

Prayer & Fasting is vital to our success. If God is not the center of what we do, all is in vain. Please remember to pray and fast in whatever way is most fitting for you!

Peaceful & Prayerful Vigil creates a prayerful presence at the abortion clinic. People from all over the St. Louis area stand and pray in silence, read Scripture, and recite devotionals and songs in a powerful plea to God for life and repentance.

Community Outreach involves spreading the word regarding available, loving and supportive alternatives to abortion through various planned community events.
