FLEXI LEASHES ARE NOT PERMITTED

All dogs must be on a short leash and under control while on trial grounds except while showing.

Bitches in season are eligible for entry but will be required to be kept separate from all other dogs and run at the end of their

class/trial. Bitches in season must compete in panties specifically designed for the purpose of containing/preventing seasonal discharges. Entry fees for bitches that come into season will be refunded until closing time of the trial if you wish to withdraw.

If bringing a bitch in season, please inform the trial committee prior to the trial and all exhibitors at the judge’s briefing.

Only ONE instinct TEST PER DAY-

RUNNING ORDER: Dogs will be run in height order with dogs being handled by the same person separated into different blinds.

Full refund given if pulled before closing OR after closing IF there is a waitlist for the day. If there is NO waitlist for the day- there will be no refunds given if the dog is pulled POST closing

NO DAY OF SHOW ENTRIES TAKEN AT THIS SHOW

Dogs may enter both the Instinct Test and Novice class in the same trial until the dog has earned the RATN title and then you cannot enter the Instinct Test.

Move-ups earned at other trials will be accepted until April 12, 2017

Move-ups will be taken between classes and trials

No entries will be taken over the phone or electronically.

All entries require accompanying entry fees and a BHA number to be valid. Incorrect BHA numbers and/or incomplete forms void the entry.

A returned check voids an entry. There will be a $50 fee for returned checks.

CANADIAN EXHIBITORS- we can only accept payment via American Bank checks or AMERICAN money order. Payment must clear before the entry is valid.

Dogs dismissed or handlers disqualified during event will not receive refunds

From Albany area and points south:

Follow Rte. 7 across the Hudson River. Turn left (north) onto Rte. 40. Follow 40 to Schaghticoke. Turn right (east) onto Rte. 67 at the Fairgrounds traffic light *Go 5.4 miles. Bear Right onto Marpe Rd. At the stop sign, turn right onto Goosen-Regan Rd. to the barn.

From Clifton Park, Latham, and Colonie:

Take Rte. 67 east through Mechanicville and across the Hudson. Turn left (north ) onto Rtes. 40/67, and continue to Schaghticoke. Turn right (east) on Rte 67 at the Fairgrounds traffic light. Continue as above from the *

From Vermont and Southeastern NY:

Take Rte 22 (north or south, depending on where you are coming from) to intersect with Rte. 67 west near Eagle Bridge. The intersection is just north of Hoosick Falls and has a blinking light. Follow 67 west through Buskirk, about 8 miles. The road passes between two small ponds and goes under a railroad trestle. Marpe Rd. is a very sharp left turn right after the railroad trestle. and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the

aforementioned parties, and any BHA LLC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or

while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all
