PROM TICKETS (check or money order only made payable to Fairview High School – no cash)will be on saleApril 6thru April 20, 2016,before and after school only in Room220. Last day to purchase tickets is April 20th. NO tickets will be sold after that date. Out-of-school date forms are due at the time of ticket purchase. POLARIS & PSEO STUDENTS: Don’t forget to get your tickets at FHS before school between the dates mentioned above.

The doors to White Hallopen at 6:00 p.m. and all students must be in by 6:30 p.m. Dinner will be served promptly at 7:00 p.m. Prom-goers may not leave White Hall 14161 West River Road, Columbia Station (44028)before 10:30 p.m. The After Prom at Fairview High School begins at 11:00 p.m. and ends at 2:30 a.m. Everyone must be checked in at the high schoolby 11:30 p.m. No one may leave before 2:30 a.m. (unless there is an emergency and parents will be contacted by phone).

COMMENCEMENT takes place at Lakewood Civic Auditorium on Thursday, May 26, 2016. Tickets are not required of parents/family/friends to attend the Commencement ceremony. Contact Josten’s at 1-800-JOSTENS (567-8367) or by email at if cap and gown have not already been ordered. Seniors will be able to keep their cap and gown.

• GIRLS: Wear aplain white/cream color dress or skirt and blouse (no longer than the Commencement gown itself) and white/cream shoes (no flip-flops). It is suggested that flats or low heals be worn!

• BOYS: Wear dark slacks, dark socks, black shoes, white shirt and dark tie.
