AdjournmentNew President

Welcome to the 2011 Oklahoma Junior Classical League Convention! We are proud to present you with so many opportunities to participate and compete this weekend. You will find not only the reliable standards – certamen, track and field, arts, and academic tests – but also several exciting additions, such as dancing lessons, board games, seminars, and chariot races. No matter what the activity, I encourage you all to get involved and make new friends.

So much hard work has gone into making this convention. I would like to thank Ms. Simon, the State Chairpersons, and Mrs. Williamson for their dedication and assistance in planning convention. I would also like to thank the state officers and the various parents and students who have donated their time to making this possible.

I hope you all have a wonderful time this weekend. Please remember to stay involved and take advantage of all the JCL has to offer.
