Beginning March 10th, Daylight Savings Time begins so ensure you move your clocks ahead one hour. This also is the trigger to switch to the Desert Marine Corps Combat Utility Uniform with sleeves down and Service Charlies on Fridays. Those participating in functions requiring the Blue Dress uniform will wear the Blue-White Dress uniform (SNCO and Officer).

Weigh-ins:
Weigh-ins for the first semi-annual period can be conducted Monday to Friday from 0730-1630 in the H&S Bn S-3 office at Henderson Hall.
Official Photos:
For those of you requiring an official photo this year you must bring a completed and command endorsed height/weight verification worksheet to your appointment. For official photo and promotion purposes, this form must be completed with the Bn S-3 Office at Henderson Hall. This worksheet is valid for 60 days and can also fulfill the corresponding semi-annual weigh-in requirement.
To set up an appointment for command and promotion photographs, you can call (703) 614-3119 for an appointment with the Pentagon photo section.

Combining of IDTs and an AT
For those of you not within the local commuting distance, remember to not combine your drills with an AT as the PLEAD will change to the location of the AT if the drills are done immediately following the AT period. DFAS will NOT settle the return travel portion of the orders.
Effects of Sequestration on the IMA Program
Funding of Pay and Allowances for Drills and ATs will not be affected.
If you are not within the local commuting distance, lodging reimbursement will be impacted as the funding used is the same as the funding MFR uses for their operations and maintenance requirements.
