2016 LONG BEACH SPRINT NATIONALS
Motorhome Policy and Procedure
Due to the 2016 City of Long Beach mandate that only 36 Motorhome spots can be sold at the 2016 ARP Long Beach Sprint Nationals, SCSC is now requiring a mandatory sign up on a 1st come, 1st serve basis for this event.
Motorhome move in is: Friday, August 5th, after 4:00 p.m.
Motorhome move out: Sunday, August 7th, at 6:00 p.m.
Price:
· Motorhome: $250.00 for the weekend
· Vehicles (trucks,cars, etc): $20.00 per day for parking
Plus an admission fee:
· Adults: $20 per day per adult
· Children: $10 per day per child
· Children 5 and under: Free.
(Note: No limit to how many adults & children come in with motorhome)
Anyone interested in signing up for a motorhome spot will have to do the following:
Email Jeannie Doidge at: beginning Wednesday, June 15th at 6:00am and ending Monday, June 20th at 9:00pm

IMPORTANT INFORMATION- PLEASE READ!!
Staging on Friday will be on Elliott Lane (adj. to Boathouse Lane) starting at 3:00 pm, no earlier please,
Absolutely NO blocking the street or creating any traffic on Elliott!! Failure may result in forfeiture of spot!
You will be given 1 parking spot, no awnings or pop outs permited to encroach into another parking spot.
Lights out policy (including NO GENERATORS) is 10pm Friday and Saturday night. Please obey these simple rules. If you don’t, we can lose this all for next year.
