Schedule: 4:00 pm: Course maps, score sheet, and info. available
4:30 pm: Coaches meeting
5:00 pm: 1.5 mile Girls Race (no limit on entries)
5:30 pm: 1.5 mile Boys Race (no limit on entries)
6:00 pm: Awards…please stick around
Course: 1.5 mile new course due to construction. There are mile marks at ½ and 1 mile. The course is lined with cones, paint, and chalk.
Team Scores: Will be scored by each team’s coaches. Top 5 score. The score sheet will be provided during registration and needs to be given to the results table with the filled out place cards for runners 1-5 as soon as possible after each race. All cards need to be returned for runners 6 and up as well, but turn in the top 5 first with the score sheet so we can do awards as soon as possible.
Place Cards: We are not doing race numbers so place cards need to be returned or we will not be able to post the athletes’ names for online results.
Athletic.net: Please make sure that you register for the race on athletic.net. If your athletes are not registered we will not be able to input their times online. Please make sure to register your team and click each athlete who will be running so that we can post the results online. We will post the results so please do not enter your own results.
Awards: The top 2 boys teams and top 2 girls teams will receive trophies. The top 25 boys and top 25 girls will receive medals.
Cost: Free for all teams
What to bring: Please make sure athletes bring their own water and snacks. We will have water available, but would like it to be a back-up supply only.
