You must be a Tri-State member to attend this conference. Membership fees help to pay for the conference and keep the conference cost low. If you are not a member, please include your membership fee along with your registration fee.

* The one-day rate only applies to either Friday, October 7 or Saturday, October 8. You must specify which day you will attend on the registration form.

** In order to qualify for the Student rate, the registrant must be a Tri-State Sculptors member in good standing and provide a copy of your valid student ID with your registration.

Registration includes all receptions, presentations and demos, roundtable discussions, keynote speakers and access to vendors.

Dinner Friday and Saturday evenings are NOT included in the conference fee.

Conference Hotel Information

Hotel accomodations can be booked directly at Hampton Inn, 336-625-9000, Asheboro, NC and Fairfield Inn, 336-629-9197, Asheboro, NC. Reserve your accomodations for $104 plus tax for 2 double beds and $99 plus tax for one king bed per night. Please state that you are with the Tri-State Sculptors block, code CBS. Rooms must be booked by Friday, September 16, 2016 to secure the conference rate.

Camping Information

Camping will be available on the grounds of Carolina Bronze Sculpture for $5 / night per person. Port-a-lets will be available but there is no running water or electricity. Contact for more info.

Refund Policy

Fees include a non-refundable administration charge of $5 and must be paid in full before registration will be processed. Written notice of cancellation by Sept 9th, 2016 will receive a full refund. After that, refunds at the discretion of the conference organizers.
