Applicants will be assessed on the basis of

  1. Actual involvement in financial management and funds administration of their organisation;
  2. Commitment to follow-up on the training by actively using the information, skills, and tools obtained during the training to contribute to sustainable organisational change;
  3. Priority will be given to the applicants who did not benefit from the financial management training organised by ILGA-Europe in 2014 and 2015, and who will give full and clear answers to all questions in the application.
