7) OFFICER REPORTS

President

President Riley - Thank you for a great semester. This will be the last meeting for the semester. There will be a dinner Friday but no meeting on Monday. There was a Committee Chair meeting today and they came up with a possibly restructure of CUSA. The implementation is planned for next semester but is up for change. Move down to three committees, with dissolving Activities Committee, combining Student Life Committee and Diversity and Inclusion Committee as well as combining Elections and Policy with Academics. This is how most other Universities structure their Student Governments and Eboard is hoping that this will improve productivity. Possibly switch Inclusion Chair to just being a point of contact for Inclusion. There is a possibility to move the Activities Committee money into Finance contingency as another line item but have clubs and groups prove that they worked with the Student Life and then be brought to Finance for approval.

Vice President

VP Fidler - No report.

Treasurer Pikemoved to open a discussion on student pay.
