Read the following passage then answer the questions below :-
Salah Al-Din was born in 1138. He was a great religious, brave, fair, intelligent and generous man. Salah Al-Din had brought together large parts of the Muslim World. After that, he returned to Jerusalem, the city had been in crusaders hands all his life, and from 1182, he started preparing to free it from them and in summer 1187, he defeated them at the Battle of Hittin. Weeks later, Jerusalem fell. This was a great moment for Muslims everywhere.
In 1192, Salah Al-Din made peace with King Richard. By this act, people of both religions could travel freely to Jerusalem. He died in Damascus in 1193.
