The building is old, but the owners have completed some nice updates to both bathrooms and the furniture. Beds were a bit squeaky, but comfortable with the toppers. Kitchen was functional, but we enjoyed the food at Angler’s by the pier, Rock’in Tacos, Asiago’s Skillet and also McGuire’s in Destin. All snow birds we met were very friendly. We just loved having our lab with us. – K Bartholomay

8/18/17-8/21/17 … Great place to vacation! Right on the soft, white, sandy beach with a nice warm pool! We would have liked a place that was a little less "family-friendly" because we went there for a bachelor party, but they tolerated us just enough to survive the weekend. Had plenty if comfy beds for all of us to fit and more than enough room to enjoy yourself. – M Danhoff
8/21/17-8/27/17 … Great location to spend our first week ever in Ft Walton Beach, FL. Kitchen has all the basics needed to prepare food in, with more restaurants than you can count nearby. Prices compared quite favorably with other units, and management was easily reached and very responsive. Further, half of the folks we met at the pool are regular visitors and stay at the same place each year. That speaks volumes. Highly recommended! - A Jones, Missouri

Everything you want in a gulf rental : sunrise AND sunsets, the wonderful sounds of relaxing surf, shopping enough for the most addicted, and your choice of great seafood restaurants. 7/27/11 … we enjoyed our stay in this unit. We love the Aqua Villa complex. This was our second stay in the complex and third stay in the area. We enjoyed the private balcony and our daughter loved being so close to the pool. Very family friendly and the people we've become aquainted with are great.-A Brantley
3/4/10 … My family and I have vacationed at Aqua Villa (201) several times and we keep going back. Our children love the pool and the ocean just steps away from the condo. We have rented other units, but love #201 because it is a corner unit, and provides a "little extra" pleasure. The children love to look for the dolphins and watch the birds from the balcony. The white sandy beaches and emerald green water on Okaloosa Island, Ft. Walton Beach, Fla. is our "perfect" vacation spot. We will definitely stay in this Condo again and again.-A Miller
2/18/10 … We have stayed many times in this delightful unit! The side balcony is a beautiful place to relax, read a book, or just take a delicious nap. You can see the children in the pool from the second floor aisle. The beautiful water and soft breeze is, in my mind, one of the most relaxing places on earth! And, because this is a small complex, the pool is never crowded. Great family atmosphere also! Some of the most memorable times in our family of 6 have been made at Aqua Villa, and this corner unit is the best of all! (Also, my wife and I have stolen away for some great "couple" times as well!!!) - Wayne and D Williams
