2019 UIL REGION II AAA CHAMPIONSHIPS
ENTRIES AND FEES
Academics, Golf & Tennis: $2,020 per District
Fees for Academics, Golf & Tennis are due by 5p.m. the Monday before the Regional Meet in the amount of $2,020.00. Checks should be mailed by the District Chairs to the attention of M’Liss S. Hindman at TJC. For additional information on the breakdown of fees, see below. Please Note: Individual schools should NOT send checks to TJC. One District check for Academics, Golf and Tennis entries for the entire amount of $2,020.00 is all that will be accepted.

One Act Play: $700 per play
Fees for One-Act Plays are $700.00 per play. This must be paid when schools show up for their rehearsal time. Give checks to Dr. David Crawford or Jacob Davis.
Golf Green Fees:
Each student responsible for green fees: These fees should be paid to the Golf Course prior to the start of the competition.
Oak Hurst: $57.00 total per player
Coaches’ Carts: $28 per day.
Track and Field Fees: $4,160 per Area
Fees are $20.00 per person per event, non-refundable, and must be paid through the Area Meet Director Chair.
Girls’ Individual Events 56 x $20.00= $1,120.00
Boys’ Individual Events 56 x $20.00= $1,120.00
Girls’ Relay Team Participants 48 x $20.00= $960.00
Boys’ Relay Team Participants 48 x $20.00= $960.00
Total Due for Track & Field: $4,160.00
It is the responsibility of each Area Meet Director to submit Track and Field Entry Fees for their area. ALL ENTRY FEES for Track & Field should be sent to:
