Included in the exhibit fee is a 6’ x 30” skirted table, two chairs, full participation in program offerings, for two representatives, including opening reception, two continental breakfasts, Tuesday lunch (in the Exhibit Hall) and closing banquet. Registration will be Sunday, April 28th, after 1:00 p.m. Exhibits can be assembled on Sunday, April 28th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and can be dismantled after 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30th, though we encourage all exhibitors to attend the Banquet that evening. Additional information will be sent once we receive this Exhibitor form.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations for exhibit space and advertisements may be canceled with full refund of fees paid less $500 upon receipt of cancellation prior to March 1, 2019. Due to contractual and other commitments made by NACPA, no refund will be made for cancellations received after March 1, 2019.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT
We hereby apply for exhibit space at the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators Convocation to be held April 28 to April30, 2019. We agree to comply with the regulations, instructions, and conditions of the contract, as described, as well as hotel policies and regulations. We understand the following:
(1.) includes a 6’ x 30” skirted table and two chairs
(2.) full participation in program offering, for two representatives, including opening reception and 2 continental breakfasts and closing banquet
(3.) tables will be assigned, location received upon check-in
(4) cancellations must be received before March 1, 2019 in order to be eligible for a full refund of fees paid less $500. After March 1, no refunds will be given.
