2018 Rural Scholarship for the Infant Toddler Graduate Certificate
Portland State University, through funding from the Ford Family Foundation, is pleased to offer scholarships for the Portland State University Infant/Toddler Mental Health (ITMH) Graduate Certificate Program for students in rural communities in Oregon. The ITMH cohortruns January 8 to December 15, 2018. The scholarship covers the full cost of tuition and fees associated with course work. There is up to an additional $600 stipend to cover fees and books. Individuals can apply for the scholarship without applying for Admissions to the ITMH program.
Times for Scholarship:
- November 6, 2017: Scholarship Application DUE by at 11:59 pm submitted to
- Please start collecting transcripts early
- November 8, 2017: Scholarship recipients notified
- December 2, 2017: Applications to the ITMH Graduate Certificate are due
- December 3, 2017: Awardees participate in 3-week self-paced orientation
- January 8, 2017: Classes start

To qualify for the Graduate Certificate in Infant Toddler Mental Health Scholarship, you must be eligible to be accepted into the program. Individuals who are awarded the ITMH Graduate Certificate Program Scholarship must apply for program admissions by December 2, 2017 and pay the $65 application fee.
