Rooms Requested (one line per room): Please see the Lodging and Food section of Bulletins 1 and 2. For those competitors paying the Accommodation fee for double occupancy, please list both competitors’ names in the occupant(s) column. If there is no additional double occupant from the team, the Organizers will pair up lone double occupants from various teams.
For those paying the occupancy fee but requesting a single occupancy room, for those requesting dates outside the competition days (arriving March 18, 2018 and departing March 23, 2018), or for those not paying the accommodation fee, a confirmation number will be emailed by the Organizers rooms reserved. Such room will not be paid fully by the Organizers. Instructions will be provided to provide the Hotel with a credit card number so that the rooms can be held past February 15, 2018. The Hotel room rate is $159 US plus 13% tax ($179.67 US or about 154 EUR) per night. The organizers will pay half the room rate for the five competition nights for those paying the accommodation fee and asking for single occupancy.
