What products will you be selling/bringing?______

•Vendor space will be 10’x10’, you provide your own tent/canopy/table/displays.

•Vendors must be approved prior to setting up, spaces are limited and BBMF reserves the right to refuse entrance or ask a vendor to leave due to refusal to comply with rules or other actions not listed that are deemed unsuitable for the event. No monies or items will be reimbursed.

•Goods and products are expected to be family friendly. Violations are subject to elimination by BBMF through verbal or written request.

•No cooking or selling of food or beverages other than prepackaged i.e. jams, jerky etc.

•No selling of alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverage consumption in beer garden only during event hours.

•There are no available electrical outlets. You are welcome to bring a quiet generator.

•Firearms, knives, marijuana goods and/or paraphernalia or other illegal items are strictly prohibited.

•BBMF will be held harmless in the event of consumer dissatisfaction of purchase. Vendor assumes all responsibility of items sold.

•We will have security however, items left on site after hours or unattended will be at vendors risk. BBMF assumes no responsibility of lost, stolen or damaged items during or after festival hours. Vendors are encouraged to camp near their booths overnight.

•Children under the age of 18 are to be accompanied byan adult at all times.

•Cancellations: Vendor forfeits payment if they cancel less than 30-days before event. Raffle item is non-refundable. Payment will not be reimbursed due to any acts of nature, fire, or issues beyond BBMF’s control.

•Set up may be done Thursday, August 2nd after 4pm or Friday, August 3rdbeginning at 9am.

•Event hours are:Friday 1pm-10pm,Saturday11am-10pm, Sunday 11am-7pm.

You must be packed out by Sunday night 10pm.

Due date for payment is July 1st, 2018 but first come first serve to reserve space.

$85 per space for all 3-days

PLUS: a craftitem valued at$25.00 that we will raffle at the festival.

Without item the cost will be $120.00
