In applying for this program, I understand the requirements and commit to completing the program. This includes:

  • attendance at Board Induction from 9am-3pm (date TBA)
  • preparation for Board meetings, including reading papers
  • attendance at Board meetings (held every 6-8 weeks on a weeknight), or in limited circumstances providing apologies prior to the meeting
  • active participation in Board discussions (including asking questions)
  • participation in the Board mentoring program
  • ensuring professional conduct at all times (including confidentiality)
  • participation in at least one planning day
  • joining one of the sub-committees of the Board
  • participation in events and volunteer activities during the program.
