Through 23 years efforts, the Guangzhou International food &beverage exhibition is getting better and bigger,last exhibition covered an area of300,000 square meters, it will be 320000 square meters this year. At the appointed time, we will invite ten thousands hospitality buyers and dealers from all over China and overseas to visit the expo.
Date Arrangement
1). 8-10 Dec 2017: exhibitors arriving and preparation. (9: 00am-5: 00pm)
2). 11-13 Dec2017: doing business
3). 13 Dec 2017: leaving (2: 00pm)
Exhibition Fees
1)9 square meters standard booth:USD2000. include 1name plate, 1 deskwith 2 chairs, 2 fluorescent lamps, 1 wastepaper basket, 1 power socket (equal to or less than 300W)
2)Indoor bare floor space requirements must be greater than 27 m2 for every single rent.Exhibitor should pay 30 RMB per square meter for preparing management charge.

Booking and participating procedure
If you are interested in exhibiting or attending GIHE 2017 an application form can be obtained from the organizer.
Once the application form has been submitted, payment should be remitted to the specified bank account detailed on the form. Please note that payment will only be accepted via this method. Following completion of the payment process, a receipt will be issued. This receipt will be required to assist in the VISA application process for entry into China.
Full advice and information will be available for transportation and accommodation logistics, including: hotels in Guangzhou, exhibits transportation, Customs clearance and local transportation agents.
