Your feedback on this 27-question formwill help identify strengths that should be carried into 2018, as well as areas of improvement. Please note that some answers will be used to help inform the nominees for this year’s 2017 Commander’s Choice award.

The following questions focus on the support and materials provided under the scope of work for your local campaign, such as local materials, tools, resources, training, and support.
