2017 NRL Sportspick In-House Tipping

Terms & Conditions

1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms. Entrants must comply with these conditions of entry

2.Entry is open to current financial members of Penrith Panthers Leagues Club

  1. The Promoter is Penrith Rugby League Club Ltd trading as Panthers Group (ABN 57 000 578 398) of Mulgoa Road, Penrith NSW 2750

4.To enter:

(a)Panthers Members mustregister for the 2016 NRL Sportspicktipping competition using their currentPanthers financial membership card. The use of any other cards including Sportspick registration cards will not be eligible for Panthers local tipping competitions. Registered names that have an (*) will not be eligible for local prizes.

(b)Members must enter their own weekly tips at one of the Sportspick terminals located within Penrith Panthers Club. Anyone found to be swiping members cards other than their own will be eliminated from the local completion and will be reported to Sportspick.

(c)Employees and their family plus Contractors of the Panthers Group are NOT eligible to enter the Panthers Local Sports Pick competition therefore are not entitled to any weekly prize money.

  1. The promotion commences at on Thursday March 2, 2017 (Round 1) and closes September4, 2017 (Round26). (“Promotional Period”)

6.One winner will be determined based on the person who has tipped the perfect score for the current round. (Tipping all winners for that week)

7.The winner will receive $100 cash

  1. If more than one tipper has an identical perfect scorein the same round, the winner will be the closest to the margin in the selected game for that round.
  2. If a perfect score is not tipped the $100 cash will Jackpot to the following week to a maximum of $500.
  1. Total prize pool valued at a maximumof $2,600.

11.Winners will be notified by telephone, email or mail within 2 days of the draw.

  1. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that all contact details are accurate and up to date and Panthers Penrith membership is current.
  1. Winners have 3 months from the draw date to collect their prize.
  1. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter’sdecision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if it is found that the winner did not place the tips themselves or the tips are illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in anyway.

15.The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion.

  1. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  2. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion.
  3. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
