2017 Golf OUTING INFORMATION GUIDE

Outings for the Green Hill Municipal Golf Course. Please review and call the course at (508) 799-1359 or email or more information.

Outing Fee Information

Monday thru Thursday outings that tee off as tee times (back to back).

  • Outings of 24-71 $55/player: cart, golf, $5.00 pro shop credit, scoring, registration area, and a gift certificate for a foursome with carts to use at their discretion. Meal plans optional. Tee off prior to 1 PM.

Friday, Saturday or Sunday outings that tee off as tee times (back to back)

  • Outings of 24-plus $60/player: cart, golf, $5.00 pro shop credit, scoring, registration area, and a gift certificate for a foursome with carts to use at their discretion. Meal plans optional. Consult pro-shop staff to arrange starting times. There will be no shotgun start outings on Saturdays or Sundays.

Monday or Friday Shotgun start

  • Shotgun start outings require a minimum of 72 players. $60/player: cart, golf, $5.00 pro shop credit, scoring, registration area a gift certificate for a foursome with carts to use at their discretion. Meal plans optional.Shotgun start outings may be either 9 AM or 1 PM.
  • Any shotgun start event that closes the golf course shall be billed at a minimum of 72 players.Shotgun start events are available only on weekdays.
  • There are no tournament fee waivers for Golf Course Season Pass Holders. Coupons, discount cards or prepaid specials are not accepted for outings.
  • A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of application submission for any outing. Application and regulations page must be filled out completely.
  • Food and beverage options are available through The Grill On The Hill. Separate arrangements can be made by contacting Janet Fotiadis at 508-799-1837 or 508-873-1346.

Green Hill Golf Course Outing Regulations

Outing General Information

Field size from 24 to 144 players can be accommodated. Events of 72 players or more may be shotgun event. Shotgun events are billed at a minimum of 72 players regardless of how many players actually play. Shotgun events are on Monday or Friday only. All other events will be structured as tee time events. All Events must play regardless of weather, unless previously cancelled by the Head Golf Course Professional.

Player Information

The outing must supply complete player information seven days in advance of the event. Information should include the golfer’s name with pairings and handicaps. This is to insure that Golf Course staff will have sufficient time to complete scorecards, scoreboards, hole assignments and contest signs.

Event Format Information

The outing must let the Golf Course know what type of formatted event they intend to play. Information should include, style or format (Scramble, Alternate Shot, etc.), tee markers to be played (Men’s and Ladies’ denotations if necessary), scoring format, how ties will be settled, and a list of all on-course contests.

Food and Beverage

Food and Beverage selections must be coordinated with the Golf Course Food and Beverage Vendor at least one week prior to the event, with a firm count on players. This headcount will be fixed at this time, and the Outing will be billed at a minimum for these players. All food and beverage consumed on the property must be purchased through the Golf Course Food and Beverage Vendor. Any player caught bringing alcoholic beverages to the course will be removed from the property without refund.

Vandalism/Damage

Should any unusual damage beyond normal wear and tear occur to the golf course, golf carts, or any club property in the conduct of the event, the outing will be billed any and all repair costs. Should property (i.e. Golf carts, rental clubs, Signage, etc.) be missing as a result of theft by participants, the outing will be billed at replacement cost.
