CRITERIA
- There is evidence of a healthy financial position (i.e. development of positive working capital, diversified revenues and funds, possible planned surplus) with adequate resources to support the organization's mission and goals.

If the organization receives a grant from the City of Vancouver, we agree to the conditions set out above and as per any other conditions approved by Vancouver City Council.
