AAHS 2016 Booklet
This year’s booklet will be created in A4 size and designed to distribute electronically. The PDF will include clickable links to your website(s). This will reduce paper wastage and make it easier to distribute and view on various devices.
- Major Exhibitors will get two full A4 pages (will include brand images + all information)
- Standard Exhibitor will get one full A4 page (will include some brand images + all information)
Please provide the completed form and all files as per the checklist by 30th September 2016 in Word format. Please do not provide it in PDF format. When pasting in text from other sources, please use the “paste special” and “Unformatted text” options if possible.
Word count: 250-300 words (excludes recruitment contact information section and website links)

- Your advertisement (if specified in the purchase)
Size: A4 (210 x 297mm) Portrait mode
Bleed: 3mm bleed
Format: Layered print-ready PDF OR layered and outlined .ai file OR packaged InDesign file (recommended)
- 5 hi-res JPEG company images that can be used to showcase your brands/people (subject to available space and final design – we recommend 10 for Champagne sponsors)
- Major sponsors only: If you have provided a quote from a graduate hire, please also provide a hi-res (or best available) image so we can include it along with thequote
To ensure your exhibitor listing is published in the 2016 booklet, this form must be completed and emailed to Grace Chompuchan on and Michael Ghazi on by Friday 30th September 2016.
