1.3PROJECT INFORMATION -TECHNICAL

The technical descriptions of the projects will vary with different applied baseline and monitoring methodologies (or “methodologies”):

1.3.1TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Provide a brief description of the project activity in accordance with applicable provisions related to the description of project in the GCT Project Standard (Including the pre-project scenario prior to the implementation of the project activity).

Describe the technologies and measures to be employed and/or implemented by the project, including a list of the facilities, systems and equipment that will be installed and/or modified by the project.

1.3.2APPLICABILITY CRITERIA

Describe how the project meets the applicability criteria of the appliedGCT Program Methodology.

1.3.3BASELINE SCENARIO

Describe the baseline scenario as identified according to the applied methodology.

1.3.4ADDITIONALITY

Describe how the project meets the additionality test according to the applied methodology.

1.3.5EMISSION REDUCTIONS

Provide estimation of GHG emission reductions according to the applied methodology. This includes the estimation of baseline emissions, project emissions and leakage emissions.

1.3.6ENVIRONMENTALIMPACT ASSESSMENT

Where relevant, provide a copy of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) or provide evidence that an EIA is not required.

1.3.7OTHERINFORMATION

Provide any other information deemed to be relevant (e.g. licenses, permits etc.).

1.3.8MONITORING

Provide the relevant information on assumptions, data sources, monitoring frequency, instrumentation adopted, measurement process and data vintage used for the baseline, project and leakage parameters, in accordance with the requirements of methodology, used to calculate emission reductions.
