Purchase Card Course Details - All purchase card sessions are targeted toward US Navy and Marine Corps Purchase Card Agency Program Coordinators and Approving Officials.
Title of Course: Dept of the Navy (DON) Purchase Card – Program Update and Awards
Session Time: 8:00 – 9:00
Course Description: This session will cover recent policy and programmatic changes and developments within the DON Purchase Card Program. Following the Program Update, the Director of the DON Consolidated Card Program Management Division will present the A/OPC of the Year Awards.

Course Description This session will cover anticipated changes for the future NAVSUPINST 4200.99D.

Course Description This session will cover the results from the CCPMD Products and Services Survey and will open discussion as to their value and potential new services or products to be developed.

Course Description: This session will discuss anticipated changes for the Program Audit Tool (PAT) such as the Monthly Transaction Review, the Activity Report Card and the Monthly Review Questions.

Course Description: This session will cover anticipated changes, discussion of potential new requirements, and transition for SP3 (from a DON GCPC perspective).
Title of Course: Question and Answer Session
Session Time: 1:45 – 3:45
Course Description: The DON Purchase Card Program Manager will moderate this session where participants will have an opportunity to ask questions on any topic regarding the DON Purchase Card Program. Experienced panel members will respond to questions regarding policy, payments, audits, current initiative and future changes to the program. Majority of responses will come from previously submitted questions (survey already sent out).

Session Time: 4:00 – 4:30
Course Description: This session is limited to Command Level (HL-3) A/OPCs and their invited guests. The session will involve exchange of ideas and information between CCPMD and Command Level A/OPCs.
