Dear GLMM Tournament Team:

Thank you for registering to play in the 2016 Glen Lake Mighty Mites Tournament. The GLMM host teams welcome your participation and we plan to make it a great event for players, coaches, and fans.

Awards: Individual medals will be presented to the first, second and third place teams. Any team in these categories that roster more than 12 players will receive the additional medals within 10 business days after the tournament is complete.

Location: All games will be played at the Glen Lake Optimist Fields. We’ve got a great baseball facility with fields that have grass infields, elevated mounds, six-foot fences and scoreboards. The Glen Lake Optimist Fields are located at 14350 Excelsior Boulevard, Minnetonka, MN 55345, at the northeast corner of the Excelsior Boulevard and Woodhill Road intersection.

Concessions: There are concessions and indoor bathrooms at this complex. Please check out our concession stand for refreshments – this patronage helps keep our tournament costs down and allow us to not charge teams a gate fee. PLEASE NOTE, the Glen Lake Mighty Mites strictly prohibit alcoholic beverages and / or tobacco on the complex grounds. Please do not make us enforce these rules as the offender will be required to leave the park.

Rosters: Please BRING a completed Glen Lake Mighty Mites team roster to the fields along with copies of your players’ birth certificates when you check in prior to your first game. We will not check any birth certificates at registration, but each team is required to have them in their possession in the event we ask to check them. The official roster form is attached. Please provide a cell phone for at least 2 coaches.
