Rain Schedule

In the event of rain, remain at the tournament site until the tournament staff informs you of the playing schedule. If a team or player is not present to resume play, they may be defaulted after 15 minutes from the match time set by the Tournament Desk. In the event of a long rain delay, it will be at the discretion of the Tournament Committee to use an alternative playing and/or scoring format. Rainedout.com will be usedfor reporting rain delays to coaches, parents, and players. Please goto and register your phone now:

Amenities

  • All team members will receive a tournament t-shirt if registered by June 26 deadline
  • All team members will receive complimentary goodies/giveaway items.
  • Food and beverages will be provided for the players.

Sunday – beverages, morning snack & lunch

  • Shower and locker room facility will be available to players on site.

Awards

  • Winning teams from each division will receive a customized fence sign for their home court (received after the championships).
  • Team members on the champion and finalist teams from each division will receive individual gifts.
  • Sportsmanship trophies (boy and girl) will be given to two players who exemplify exceptional sportsmanship.
  • Sportsmanship pins will be awarded to individual players by the TD and/or officials as outstanding behavior is displayed
  • Team Spirit/Social Media Award

Activities:

  • Awards ceremony will immediately follow final round matches.
  • On Saturday afternoon, everyone is invited to a Tennis Extravaganza - fun and games for all ages!
