The rates are good for 2 days before and 2 days after event. Based on Availability.

* Valet parking is $30+ per 24 hours with in and out privileges, Valet: Event/day parking 15.00 based on availability with no in/out privileges.
* With the TGA rate you will also receive complimentary Internet in your suite.
* Hotel guest will enjoy a complimentary breakfast 6:00am - 10:00am.
* Hotel guest can partake in the complimentary Hotel Manager’s Reception daily 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm.
** Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
· Room Reservations must be canceled 72 hours in advance to avoid a charge totaling one night plus tax.
· If needing to cancel your room prior to 5 days out, please contact the TGA office before canceling your hotel room.
TGA Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for TGA Conference must be in writing. Cancellations 30 days plus prior to conference: Full refund less $50.00 processing fee or full credit to TGA Account, expiring by year end. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to conference: Full credit to TGA account, expiring by year end.
Cancellations less than 15 days prior to conference: will not be refunded (Refunds and credits for special events: golf, tours, fishing, clay shooting, etc will not be issued). Substitute (Employee) Attendee will be accepted for all events.
