Booths prices do not include chairs, tables, displays or electricity. Bring your own chair and table(s), since they are not available.

Set-Up Times:

·  7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2015, and 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2016.

·  Doors will be locked at 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning due to Admission Fee.

Show Time:

·  9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2016.

Show Rules:

·  Applications for the next show will be accepted at customer service on Friday and Saturday – a self-addressed stamped envelope must be included or $.50 to cover costs.

·  No refunds will be given after confirmation letter is sent.

·  All exhibitors are required to stay until end of show & be cleared out by 4:00 p.m. on Saturday November 12, 2016.

·  Due to fire Code the following are not allowed: No open flames - court summons for violators. All exhibitors’ merchandise must remain in allotted booth space - Do not block the fire exits or extinguishers.

·  State Law prohibits smoking anywhere in the school.

·  Charity League is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items

·  ATTENTION Gym Vendors: Any equipment (tables, chairs, display racks, etc.) MUST have rubber tips or tape over bottoms. Metal-bottomed equipment has damaged the tarp and we can’t risk damage to the gym floor ~ this is a liability. - The cost of any damage to school property or the tarp will be the responsibility of the vendor.

·  PARKING: Sidney’s Fire Department will not allow parking in the fire lanes. While unloading your merchandise you may park in the fire lanes if you have someone remain in the driver’s seat to move the vehicle if needed. After unloading your vehicle and when arriving on Saturday, we ask that you park in the designated area for vendors. There will be signs indicating where you should park. If you fail to park your vehicles accordingly there will be a $25 fine and possibly your application will be declined for the next show.
