Rates
Cost per individual booth space is $425 per booth with 50% due as a deposit with this contract
Any exhibitor assigned corner booths will be assessed an additional $20 per corner due with the remaining balance of booth space.
Note: AOSA reserves the right to limit the number of spaces assigned if it becomes necessary to do so.
To be included in initial booth assignment, submit contract and deposit by May 15.
Balance of booth space payment must be received by July 15.

Applicant is asked to make a brief statement of the nature of the proposed exhibit. Please state how material will be displayed and add any information that will assist in making an assignment in the most satisfactory location for display.
We are applying for exhibit space as indicated above. We have read and agree to comply with the Exhibit Regulations and instructions of this application. We enclose payment for booth space as requested. If it is necessary to cancel, 90% of payment will be refunded, provided AOSA Headquarters is notified prior to July 15, 2013; if cancellation occurs between July 15 and September 1, a 50% refund will be given; no refund will be given if cancellation occurs after September 1.

Membership
AOSA Industry Membership is required of all exhibitors. If your organization is not already an AOSA Industry Member or need to renew your membership, please enclose your membership fee of $120 with this contract.
