2015 ALL STAR NOMINATIONS

Dear CONNY Member Programs:
Please join us in recognizing your outstanding players for the 2015 season by nominating them to the prestigious ALL-Star Squad. ALL Star nominees are players who have grown as individuals throughout the season. They have demonstrated hard work and dedication to improving their skills, been instrumental as positive leaders for their teammates and have exemplified outstanding sportsmanship all season long. Please take this time to acknowledge those exemplary individuals in your program who demonstrate a commitment, passion and love for this sport and who stand out as an ALL Star player this season.
Each Member program may nominate 1 all-star per team entered in the CONNY Tournament per division. For Example: If you had 5 teams in the U15 Senior Girls Division, then you may nominate 5 All Stars. It is up to your program to determine from which of your teams those all stars nominees will be selected.
Please pre-qualify all nominees to make sure they will attend the CONNY East-West All Star Classic at Yale University on Saturday, June 13, 2015.
A congratulatory letter from the CONNY Board of Directors to your All Stars and their parents accompanies this document. Please give a copy of this letter and its attached registration form/medical form to each of your All Stars. They will need to bring theses forms to the game.
NOTE: In keeping with CONNY automated processes, nominations need to be declared via the GOOGLE forms.

Entries must be submitted by midnight, Wednesday, June 3, 2015. Late nominees may be excluded from All Star play.
Again, please note that nominations are per division. Programs may nominate 1 All Star player per number of teams playing in tournament play only. Nominations may not cross divisions. Teams and team members not participating in tournament play are not eligible for nomination.
