Data Collection Worksheets

The worksheets in the pages that follow are provided to help designated respondent to the 2015-2016 PEEC Survey collect data from colleagues at their respective universities. Three worksheets are included:

  1. A faculty and staff worksheet to be used to collect data about personnel in yourprogram.
  2. A graduate curriculum worksheet to collect information about graduate courses
  3. An undergraduate curriculum worksheet to collect information about undergraduate courses

Once designate respondents have collected the data on these sheets from faculty and staff at your institution, return to the on-line PEEC Survey website to enter the requested data.

The personnel include faculty, adjunct professors, and other non-faculty instructors, but excludes TA's and RA's. Listed personnel must spend time delivering course instruction. Individuals who do not teach should not be included.
