How to Register

All delegates may apply and submit their registration form and payment as soon as possible at the local Union Conference or Mission through its Director of Sabbath School/Personal Ministry & ASI Coordinator. The Union Conference will upload all collected registration forms in our On-line registration (on-line link to be given by the ASI-SSD secretariat to all UNION SSPM/ASI Coordinator’s secretaries). This information will then be collected in our data base. Registration or money received after June 30, 2017shall not be accepted. There will be no refund after the deadline date if there will be cancellation of booking. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject any payment and registration.
Upon arrival at the convention venue, delegates must register at the Registration Desk. Registration shall start from 3:00 pm, local time. Delegates must ensure that they receive the ASI Convention Kit Bag, Event Magazine, and Stationeries. Convention Kit Bag will be provided to delegates registered by June 30, 2017.
It is recommended that delegates wear their identification batch (ID Card) at all times while at the convention venue and at all social functions including meal times.

Except for Meeting Package, the above rate includes 4 nights board & lodging, city & shopping tour including lunch in restaurant, and pick up service from airport to hotel & from hotel to airport. However, all delegates will receive convention materials & handouts, and also souveniers.
All delegates must notice that Early Bird will close on May 31, 2017, and the last
registration date is set on June 30, 2017 as the deadline.
Exhibition Booths:
There are Exhibition boothavailableto interested parties who wants to display/sell their goods/products and services. ASI members/church members are encouraged to take this opportunity to market their goods and services. The rental rate is at $300 USD per booth.Official delegates will get a 50% off of the regular price.Please take note that, in line with our beliefs, these booths will be closed for business on Friday sunset until Saturday sunset. Payment of Convention Fees/Completion of On-line registration:
Registration will close on June 30, 2017. All registration forms should be filled completely. Do not accept payment with their registration that are not completely filled. All payments collected by the Union Conference must be sent to the Division.There will be no refund after the deadline date if there will be cancellation of booking. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject any payment and registration.
The Union Conference will submit all collected registration information by uploading each delegate’s information in our On-line registration form (on-line link to be given by the ASI-SSD secretariat to all UNION SSPM/ASI Coordinator secretaries). This information will then be collected in our data base. Please upload names of paid delegates only in the system. We will be charging the Unions basing on the names uploaded in the system.
Charging Dates:
1) February 23, 2017
2) May 31, 2017
3) June 30, 2017 –Last Charging Date. All payments should be sent to ASI-SSD. There will be no refund or cancellation of registration fees after this date. This is in line with the hotel’s policy that there will be no cancellation of room reservation 30 days prior to the event.
*Any registrant who want to cancel their reservation after June 30, 2017 must find someone to replace him/her to attend the convention to make use of the reserved room.
STANDARD PROCEDURE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING A TEMPORARY VISITOR'S VISA
Application for a temporary visitor's visa must be made in person. In the case of a minor under eighteen (18) years of age, the application may be made for him by a person who, in the opinion of the consular officer, is responsible for his/her welfare. The minor, not an infant in arms, shall be required to appear at the Consulate for interview, together with the person making the application for him/her.
Applicants for temporary visitor's visa should normally apply at the Philippine Embassy or Consulate that has jurisdiction over their place of residence. While some visa applicants may apply at any Philippine Embassy or Consulate abroad, others are only allowed to apply his/her visa at the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in his country of origin or legal residence.
The following are the minimum requirements for applying a temporary visitor's visa:
1. Passport/Travel Document Valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines;
2. Duly Accomplished Visa application forms;
3. Passport Photos (2 pieces);
4. Proof of bona fide status as tourist or businessman;
5. Confirmed tickets for return or onward journey to the next port of destination; and
6. Payment of Visa Fees
*ASEAN countries may not need a visa. Please ask your local Philippine embassy in your area. You can also visit http://www.dfa.gov.ph/guidelines-requirements
