After taking evidence from drivers Todd Rattray (BERTILS DELIGHT), Rohan Hillier (CHOPSTIX BORIS) and Paul Williams (METRO DIGBY) it was established that after racing on the peg line whilst leading around the home turn METRO DIGBY then shifted to a position half a cart of the pegs, as a result CHOPSTIX BORIS had to be checked off the wheel of METRO DIGBY and as a result BERTILS DELIGHT was inconvenienced.
