External peer assessors are asked to evaluate a range of applications made to Creative New Zealand’s funding programmes and initiatives against specific criteria.

Your nomination needs to include:

§  Personal details of the person nominated

§  A profile/biography

§  Areas of expertise of the person nominated

§  Potential conflicts of interest.

If you are nominating another individual you must also include written permission from the nominee.
