Enjoy this leadership talk about success in the workplace, including the following tips based on old-world pirates finding buried treasure:

)Believe there is treasure to be found. (Seeing the talent available in your organization or on your work team)

)Assemble a worthy crew. (Finding ways to work as a team)

)Question the authenticity and accurateness of the map. (Check beliefs and assumptions we may make about one another, our role, our patients/clients and their families)

)Retrain the parrot. (Changing the ways we think and talk if we discover it’s negative or stereotyping)

)Share the treasure. (How to continually share what you learn and become – even after this conference – to bring back to your work teams and people in your life)
