Approaching the first turn Stella Act, Kalaway Ernie, Great Taylors and Wynburn Rush bumped, checking Stella Act and Kalaway Ernie. In the back straight Great Taylors and Wynburn Rush bumped. On the third turn Great Taylors and Wynburn Rush bumped, checking Wynburn Rush and Kalaway Ernie. In the home straight Great Taylors and Wynburn Rush bumped.

On the second turn An That and Proven Fantasy bumped and as a result Aston Zizzle checked off the heels of An That. Approaching the third turn Heavenly Path and Hellyeah Oliver bumped, checking Hellyeah Oliver. Approaching the home turn Hellyeah Oliver checked off the heels of Amazing Albert. Entering the home straight Camdale Buddy and Queen Of Speed bumped. Camdale Buddy underwent a post race veterinary examination after it suffered interference in the catching pen and was found to have a sore right wrist. Camdale Buddy has been stood down from racing for a period of 14 days.

On the second turn Immortal and Captain Cosmic bumped, checking Immortal. Entering the back straight Breaking The Law, Immortal and Captain Cosmic bumped. On the third turn Adam’s Tara and Immortal bumped, checking Adam’s Tara. On the home turn Adam’s Tara and Immortal bumped. Approaching the winning post Daggy’s Gift eased. Breaking The Law underwent a post race veterinary and no apparent injury could be detected. Daggy’s Gift underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have mild soreness to its left and right tensor fascia muscle. Stewards spoke to trainer representative Mrs R Johnson in relation to the racing manner of Daggy’s Gift over the concluding stages. Acting on their own observations, viewing the official replays and taking evidence from Mrs Johnson, stewards were of the opinion that Daggy’s Gift had eased over the concluding stages and by doing so had failed to pursue the lure with due commitment throughout the event by reason of injury, pursuant to GAR 69(5). Daggy’s Gift has been stood down from racing for a period of 4 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial.

Speedo Torpedo underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have sore right wrist. Speedo Torpedo has been stood down from racing for a period of 5 days.
